Refund policy

First, thank you for shopping at wit + wisdom co.—your support means the world to us. Unfortunately, refunds aren't available (yet), but you can return any item for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Ordered the wrong case size? No worries. You can exchange your Kindle cover for a different size in the same style within 14 days of delivery.

Note: Because refunds aren't an option, please be 110% sure you order the correct size case.

Before you begin the return or exchange process, please keep two things in mind:

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Items must be received within that 14-day return window to be eligible for store credit or exchange.

Return and exchange process

1. Start your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Send an email to hello@witandwisdomco.com. Include your name, order number, and whether you would like to return or exchange your item.
3. Wait for an email confirmation with details to help you send back your item.
4. Pack and ship your items.

We'll finish processing your return or exchange as soon as we receive your item.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

There's nothing worse than disappointment. And that's why we're happy to replace any damaged or defective items within 14 days of delivery. Just send an email to hello@witandwisdomco.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damage, and I'll make things right as rain.
